The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Access-related costs (equipment, software, connection) are the user's responsibility.

ATSA® International reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or limit access to the Site, particularly for maintenance, updates, or in cases of force majeure.

Certain features (assessment requests, shop access, consultant area) may require registration or authentication.

You agree to use the Site fairly and in accordance with its intended purpose. In particular, it is forbidden to:

ATSA® International makes every effort to ensure the Site's availability and security. However, we do not guarantee the absence of interruption, error or malfunction.

Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
