“Pourquoi j’ai choisi un aigle (et pas un hamster)…”

“Why I chose an eagle (and not a hamster)…”

When we decide to create content on support, retraining, disability, we can do it with figures, graphs, Excel tables (gulp)... or we can add meaning, heart and a little poetry.

I chose an eagle. And not just any eagle: a female eagle, conniving, mischievous, who looks you straight in the eye with kindness. A mascot who will accompany me in all the articles on this blog. And you'll see: she's got some sting under her feathers.

Why an eagle?

Because the eagle sees far.
Because it takes height.
Because he accompanies without crushing, without judging. He hovers, he observes, he waits for the right moment... then he acts with precision.

And in my job as a consultant, that's exactly what I do: I help people get their heads out of the sand, regain a clear vision, and believe in their flight.

Why a mascot?

Because I believe that ideas are better understood when they have a face.
A mascot is a discreet but familiar presence. It creates connections, it tells stories without speaking, it humanizes what I share.

And then, between us: we always remember a look more than a list of bullet points, right?

Why a Native American manga style?

Because this mix is me.
It is the alliance between the symbolic force of totem animals and the soft and expressive aesthetic of manga.
It's a way of saying that one can be both deep and accessible, grounded and light, lucid and playful.

My mascot has three feathers, a few pearls, a knowing expression... and she's not there to look pretty. She's there to accompany. Just like me.

And concretely?

You'll find her in every blog post. Sometimes perched, sometimes in mid-flight, sometimes pensive, sometimes hilarious (like all of us in career change).
She'll give you advice, make you think, and remind you that even when it's unclear, you're not alone.

And you, your totem animal?

If you had to represent your journey with an animal... what would it be? A phoenix, a snail, a tiger, a chameleon?

Leave me a message or share your idea; I'm really interested. Because behind every career change, there's a story. And behind every story, there's an animal energy just waiting to be expressed.

See you soon for the next article!
And until then, take care of your wings.
