Et si on arrêtait de paniquer parce que tout est flou ?

What if we stopped panicking because everything is blurry?

You have a project in mind. Or at least a desire. An idea. A "thing" that tickles your fancy. But in your head, it's the administrative version of Cirque du Soleil: post-its everywhere, files open, ten tabs in your brain... and a vague feeling of "What do I do first?"

Breathe. This is perfectly normal .

Blur is the beginning of clarity (I promise)

Before the obvious, there is fog. Before action, confusion. And before unfolding a plan, sometimes you have to... not have one. And that's far from being a sign of incompetence.

➡️ 80% of project creators report feeling "disorganized" at the beginning (source: OpinionWay 2023 study on entrepreneurship).

➡️ And yet, 62% of projects supported from this phase lead to concrete action more quickly.

Why It's Okay to Be Lost (And Why It's Healthy)

  1. Because everything remains to be done. You don't yet know what you don't know. It's dizzying... and logical.

  2. Because your brain is buzzing. And it's confusing creativity with disorder. Good news: you're not disorganized. You're inventing.

  3. Because no one taught you how to clarify a life or professional project. Yet, it's a real skill. One that they don't teach us in school, and rarely in the professional world.

  4. Because you're human. And transitions are challenging. Doubt is part of the process.

What if this blur was… fertile?

Blur is also that moment when ideas intersect, when possibilities are multiple, when we can still branch off. It's an uncomfortable space, yes, but also a creative one. An airlock between what has been and what can happen.

We can navigate this blur alone... or with someone. And that's where I come in.

My role? No magic wand, but method, listening, and a lot of respect for what you are going through.

My name is Sonia, and I help people who are searching, doubting themselves, or starting a new chapter to find coherence, direction, and above all... breath.

Together, we:

  • Decipher what's bothering you.

  • Slow down to get a better look.

  • Brings out what makes sense (for you, not for the LinkedIn algorithm).

It's not magic. It's groundwork. Clarification. Support. And a little joy too, because it would be a shame to do all this in a gloomy mood.

So what do we do now?

Maybe nothing. Maybe reading these lines was just what you needed today.

Or maybe one day you'll want to stop doing this alone. And when that day comes, know that I'm here.

Not with a miracle promise. But with real presence, a real method, and a lot of attention to your uniqueness.

See you soon, maybe. Or later. Or never (and that's okay too).

Take care of yourself in the dark.
